Another and fun function in google plus is the hangout and chat area. This area allows you to activity communicate with people your circle from your G-mail. To chat with people in your circle you must first see if they are available, to do this look for the green light, Next just add the person you want to talk to by clicking the add a person icon at the top of the chat.
